My property is less than 15 minutes from the city in off peak times and is right near both the Roe and Tonkin Hwy entries, so its less than 10 minutes to the airport. It's right at the foot of the hills, so its easy to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city in the Pickering Brook, Lesmurdie or Kalamunda areas. Also 20 minutes to Midland and around 30 minutes to get to Freo.
I have ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, unlimited NBN internet, two lounge areas, huge chef's kitchen and spacious living areas.

I have a gorgeous 7 year old Weimaraner who lives in the house when I am home, so you must be comfortable with large (super friendly) dogs.
