I am a single lady. I have a small dog and 1 old cat. Sorry, No more pets are allowed on the lease. Tenant must be an animal lover please. Non smoking house. I like peace and quiet and watch Reno and quiz shows on TV. Single people only to apply please. Occasional guest accepted. A clean, tidy, hygienic lady house mate would be ideal.
