The property is a modest two-story building with a large open plan kitchen/living/dining, large laundry, private office space, gym room, and courtyard.
The property is located 400M from the swan river, with riverside parks nearby. Low Quay cafe is down the road and there are numerous walking and cycling paths close by. Curtin University and Bull Creek Train Station and the airport are all close by and the city is just under a 20-minute drive away.
The room comes with a walk-in-robe and will fit a queen bed comfortably. No pets.
The ideal housemate must work full time, be tidy, friendly, and considerate. I value my own space but also don't mind hanging out as mates.

Sam (27 he/him) works full time in naturopathy, and spends his free time power lifting, cooking and painting.
I also have a cat, Cepums. He is very shy but is also extremely gentle and calm. Cepums is hesitant around new people but will be friendly and affectionate when comfortable.
