Looking for a tenant to rent my third bedroom in a 2020 built 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Woodvale, right next to Yellagonga Park.
Has been owner-occupied by myself for the past year so the property has been very well taken care of. I am looking for someone to rent the third bedroom with a shared bathroom.
It is a quiet property and the other tenant is my brother. He is very friendly and easy to get along with. The house has security cameras and is secure.
I am very chilled to live with and looking for someone the same who keeps living area clean and tidy. I am 33 and work full-time as a Primary School teacher I don't mind if my housemate has people around occasionally but don't want people here all the time. I have a small puppy so must like dogs :)
