Non party house, quiet and respectful of each other's space. Buy/cook your own food all appliance's supplied. weekly shared jobs of washing up and cleaning of apartment, also supplied big washing machine and (drier for when raining) buy your own powder and fabric softener etc. Interviews will be conducted by both current flatmates and the most agreeable to us will be chosen, non smokers only please as whole property is a smoke-free area.
