About the property
This house is huge, beautiful wooden floor boards throughout, a massive deck, and a decent sized backyard.
Rutherglen is famous for its great wineries and excellent food.
There is ducted evaporative air conditioning and ducted heating installed, as well as fans installed in all of the bedrooms.
The bathroom is only shared with guests or if I want to use the bath, otherwise you have the whole thing to yourself.
The house is situated at the edge of town so it is very quiet. It is only 30 minutes to Wodonga, Yarrawonga and Wangaratta.
I do have new couches coming later in the month.
Although I am only looking for one person to move in, there is an option for you to have two rooms. It would be 230 (incl bills) for one room or 280 (incl bills) for both if you wanted a room for an office or your own lounge space. Both rooms come with built in robes.
