The house is on a 1 acre lot, there are 2 bedrooms, both available for rent. Lots of bush surroundings, 5-10 minutes drive to shops. The block has gardens, chooks and a great place for friendly BBQ's or get togethers. There is a wood oven stove in the yard for pizza nights, with a fire pit nearby to sit around.
Gas stove and heating in the house and electricity for hot water. House is fully furnished with great TV system in the lounge room, have wifi (which you will need to go halves in with the other tenant - unless you have your own). All bills such as water, gas, electricity and internet/wifi (with Netflix included) to be split equally, on top of the rent. Open to discuss and negotiate. Plenty of on site parking.

I am a retired builder, aged 60 who travels a bit and still does some odd jobs here and there in the building sector. I am not married, very easy going, have 2 adult sons (whom live elsewhere). I have 4 chooks on my 1 acre property and if you feed them you are welcome to keep the eggs :-) I am a tolerant and happy man, who is very respectful and appreciate respect in return. I am currently building a 2nd bathroom within the house which will be finished within the next 3-4 weeks. As my home has 2 available bedrooms for rent, each tenant selected will be sharing the house with the other tenant. I will still be occasionally living on my 1 acre property (that the house is built upon), although I will be living in my already set up, fully contained cabin on the property (completely separate to the house). As such you will be on your own a lot in the house (other than the other tenant, whom you will be sharing with). Being tidy and maintaining the house is a must, although I'm not an overbearing landlord, leaving you to your privacy. I have had many happy tenants in the past. I enjoy travelling.
