Looking for a professional individual/ couple to rent the spare room in a two bedroom unit.
Bedroom is big enough for a queen bed and side tables - currently has a double bed/ mattress and bedding which can be used. Air conditioning and heater, washing machine, dryer, fridge, dishwasher. Quiet street and unit is at the back off the road. Parking available in carport and on street.
Two indoor cats at property, which are super friendly. Looking for serious applicant/s who are quiet, clean and respectful.
