We are sad the see one of our house mates move on. The house is 5yrs old in Birtinya and walking distance to SCUH and SCUPH - Stockland shopping center is walking distance,.with several beautiful parks in the area. Night Quarter is down at the shopping center, where there is live music, food and stalls, open across the weekend. Not a party house, however, a BBQ and drinks with friends,very welcome. Close to the beach and easy access to Motorways. Quiet area. I am looking for a respectable person to join us. I am of mature age and very respectful of others. Must be prepared to contribute to housework. The room is furnished, however, can be removed. The other room mate is a male of 38yrs old.
