Its amazing quiet neighbourhood, its a new home in a new area, it has plenty of space with two bathrooms, one on each floor and an automatic lock up garage. Its a super friendly community area with a shared community vegie garden that I love checking out. Plenty of walking tracks around the area and bike tracks. Close to sugar bag road if you're interested in some mountain bike riding with plenty of space in the garage to lock up the bike/surfboard etc.
The upstairs is air conditioned in the living area but each room of the house has a ceiling fan. There is a cute little balcony that overlooks the park and garden across the road

Have moved to the coast to get more active and involved in a healthier lifestyle. I do enjoy some drinks on occasion. I am quiet and a homebody and love spending time with the animals at home, I have a dog and a cat. I love my own space but also love watching some movies and having a good chat.
