About the property
Very nice house and area, only 5 minutes from the beach. Looking for someone clean and respectful, you will basically have the house to yourself as Im not home alot and you will have the main bathroom etc as I have the ensuite. All bills included aswell as internet and yards taken care of, Male or female can apply. May consider a couple for a negotiated price. I myself am a 31 year old mechanic on the coast, easy going, mostly working training or out and about if you're interested let me know a bit about yourself and organise and inspection.
