Hello. I am flexible but ideally i would like a couple to live in my townhouse and treat it as their own home. I am about to retire and plan to travel in my motorhome returning from time to time for a week or two. Home is fully furnished with all kitchen necessities and offer the successful couple my ensuite bedroom which has air conditioning and TV. 3 bedrooms, open living area and modern kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms. Rent for a couple would be $350 per week with zero outgoings. Single person a/c double bedroom and own bathroom $250 per week. Unlimited internet data and Netflix included with smart TV.
Obviously general cleaning and garden care is expected to maintain this compact home in good condition in my absence Open courtyard with security fence. Small complex with security gate.
