About the flatmates
Looking for a housemate/ couple to rent out a room located in Nirimba. The house is only a couple years old. We have parks, walks tracking very close to us. Peaceful neighbourhood. 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and double garage. Fully furnished except for the room. It’s currently myself and my partner, however we are looking at renting out one of the rooms. You will have a spare room also which you can use when you have family/ friends over. We are looking for someone respectful. Must be tidy and clean up after themselves. Non smoker. Not a party house. We are both in our mid to late 20’s work full time. We do love a couple glasses of a red on the weekend. We are very easy going and friendly and love a chat. But also probably after someone who will respect our privacy and space. We have 2 beautiful border collies which are the biggest sooks you’ll have to be okay with them wanting a cuddle 24/7.
