The pool is awesome in summer and there is a Webber out the back which is great fir bbq’s /pool parties on a weekend. There is a spare office/media room that is never used. Lounge room has Netflix, Stan and aircon and a nice big couch. Dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, large fridge, walk in pantry and coffee machine. Your bathroom also includes a bath tub. There is solar so electrical bill is minimal. Bond does not need to be up front
