I’m from Korea. I have lived in Noosa almost for 5 years and I have lived in this unit for 2years. I prefer a woman who has a job. I don’t drink and smoke and I like to wake up early ( around 4-5am) and go to bed early. I am a deep sleeper so You don’t have to worry about waking up if you come home late.
This unit is just located between Noosa main beach and National park. It is very convenient to go to beach , surfing or running around the park without spending time to find a car park.
Everything is included in rent. Also I have espresso coffee machine. If you have coffee beans or capsule , you can start your day with a cup of coffee.
The lease will finish end of Feb. I hope someone moving in can stay until end of Feb.
I am Not a party person at all. This unit is not gonna be a party house at all
