I’m searching for likeminded room mates to live in my 4 bedroom 2 bathroom newly built home. 🌸🌺💖

-Space ✅✅✅The home presents with (2 living area’s;) one of which is a media room. Both living areas have 75 inch TVs and large lounges as presented in the photos.

The house is modern and was built approximately 1 year ago. It is located in the Palmview estate (harmony) (behind Sippy Downs), 10 minutes away from the (Hospital), 5 minutes away from (USC University)and 15 minute away from the main Sunshine Coast beaches, Mooloolaba, Kawana, Cotton Tree - Maroochydore and shopping centres.

-Ambience of Estate ✅✅✅
The estate is situated in a beautiful location with what the estate offers as well. Lots of walking tracks, parks, gym equipment, largest dog park being built and a sports field. The estate is also located as a “central point of location on the Sunshine Coast to most destinations”.
The home is built on a 500 squared metre lot which is in the larger ranges for space offered.

-Entertainment Area ✅✅✅🙌🏽
The outside area has an extended patio area, larger in size with a open living aspect for entertainment. It also features a full open living concept and has a lovely feeling with the breeze having that open spacious feeling. The large size glass bifolds opens up the outside living area connecting into the main living area with the kitchen presented. As I love being outside relaxing having cocktails haha or soaking up the sun with music, dancing singing❤️🌼.
I live in this property on my own currently, and work/study. I do however, live with my furbaby who is a small Jack Russell/ Foxie, 9 years of age. So it is of upmost priorities that she is safe and that all respect, she is like my child so ensuring she has not get out of the house is of the most importance. 🥰🌼🦮
I am looking for likeminded people who work or study who live a healthy lifestyle that being said I love music, dancing and enjoying the home space. As well as my weekends that usually are either relaxing, dancing, gym, cocktails and drinks, having lots of fun, then back to adulthood haha.

It would be highly important for you to be into your fitness/healthy lifestyle, but loves the weekends to reset 😜🤯😻. Biggest factors are that I honestly can’t stand mess you must be super clean.

I have no problem if you have plants or like to garden as there is a nice sized yard.
