A room is available about mid January ( currently occupied) for a single person in a large, modern, clean,tidy, fully furnished lakeside home in Sippy Downs.
The other house mates are international, quiet and friendly so am looking for a similar male to fit in.
There are two living areas and massive outdoor spaces so there is plenty of space to find an area on your own if needed.
The room has a double bed, desk and ceiling fan. ( current photo of room incorrect) The bathroom is shared with one other male.
The area is quiet and safe close to walking/biking tracks. Mooloolaba beach is 10km away, Sunshine Coast University 2km. Bus stop is nearby.
All expenses included - power, water, high speed WiFi plus extras.
