Hi everyone,
I have a room in a spacious 2 storey 2 bedroom townhouse with a lovely grassed courtyard which will become available end of July
The room available is on the upper level with a leafy outlook and lots of natural light. It is well furnished with a built in robe and ceiling fan,
It also has a near new Ikea bed with a High quality Pocket spring mattress, plus 2 sets of drawers, one large set and one a bedside set as shown in pics.
A HD TV is also included.
For your security the room has an internal lock
I can supply bedding if required.
You can also bring yout own furnishings etc if preferred.
Rent will be $275pw including internet, electricity and Netflix.
This is excellent value given this great location in Sunrise Beach.
I can also arrange off sreet parking for an extra $10 per week.
The Townhouse is only 5 min walk from the main beach, 2 bus stops and the Beach Chalet local Cafe.
The room will become available at the end of July as the current occupier heads back home.
Now that rents have risen substantially I am looking for someone to share with and am flexilbe with the length of stay.
Anything from 1-3 mths intiially with a possible extension would be good.
I could also agree to a 1 mth trial period if required.
I am fit and healthy, good natured, considerate, have a good sense of humour and am very easy to get along with so would prefer someone with similar qualities.
