This property is very close to the beach ( a popular surf break) and restaurants and cafes and surf club. The unit is set back from the road and is quite private. A good outdoor under cover area with large exercise mat suitable for floor exercises or yoga, it is in a tropical garden setting. The home is fully furnished, adequate and comfortable, with kitchenware. Also a fire pit for relaxing on a cool night. Not a party house, just a relaxed passive cruisy residence.

About the flatmates
Hi, surfing is my main interest, try to keep fit, swim, beach hike, cycle, have a floor mat for exercise or yoga if you want, in an area under cover in tropical garden setting. Also enjoy doing a bit of art. Mellow music taste eg Wilco, Mac Demarcon, Dick Diver, some old skool.. Often have an outside fire. No one else here other than my small blind cavalier dog, who loves a pat and a cuddle. TV interests are mainly youtube and netflix. I am a mature person, quiet and tidy. I have respect for a flatmates privacy and there need for quiet space. I'm looking for a suitable housemate with the possibility of sharing the next move. This is a short walk to the beach and local cafes and restaurants.
