About the property
THE HOUSE
Spacious two bedroom apartment with your own bathroom. 4 minute walk to Sunshine Beach cafes, shops and surf club. 6 minute walk to the beach. 4 minute walk to bus stop which takes you straight to Hastings St or down David Low Way. The house has a large kitchen and living area with air-con. Fans are through out the house. We have a nice courtyard out the back where you can enjoy food and wine. If you own a car there is off-street parking available.
Wifi and bills split evenly.
THE ROOM
Large room with walk-in robe and own bathroom. Bathroom features separate shower and spa bath. There are doors leading out to your own private courtyard. The room comes with a double bed and a desk and chair. We are happy to discard them if you have your own.
You're more than welcome to bring your own furniture to add to the house.

About the flatmates
Hello future flatmate,
We have a room up for grabs in our Sunshine Beach apartment available from July 1st.
You'll be living with myself and my partner Jeremy. Jeremy works full-time from home in insurance and I work full-time in hospitality. In our free time we love going to the beach, cooking good food, enjoying a wine and going out for a boogie on a Saturday night (which you will always be invited to). We're always up for a chat over a shared meal but equally respect each others space and down-time. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and we're looking for someone who will do the same.
