Only three rooms are permanently rented at any one time, with a max of four people living there, which gives you more space and privacy.
The neighbourhood is nice and quiet.
There is a bus stop for the 626 bus very close by that runs to Tewantin village, along Gympie Terrace and into Noosa Junction.
Plenty of street parking.
The rent includes internet, pool care and gardening. Electricity and water are not included (approx 15/week).

About the flatmates
Sharing a relaxed, clean and spacious house with two other people who work full-time (one hospitality, one 9-5) and do a lot of activities when not at work, so are rarely home. Also sharing with a friendly and very cute puppy cavoodle. The double room is on the other side of the house to the two singles, so you have a lot of space and privacy.
