Hello beauties,
I am looking for an awesome housemate to join in this epic location with me in verrierdale on the sunshine coast
What I am offering is one end of the house which is essentially 2 rooms + own bathroom for $300 or one room and shared bathroom for $200
Living with me ~ I am a Tantra and embodiment teacher working across south east Queensland. I'm healthy, I don't really drink. I do regular practice, love nature very much and value emotional awareness and open communication.
There is 10 months left on the lease and I would love someone who is ready to live independently but also in a friendly way with me ~ ideally we would get along well and share similar values but no need to live an intwined life :)
Must be employed and working.
Be tidy and respectful of the common areas.
Be happy to get in the garden to work with me a couple of hours a week~ we only need to look after the part immediately around our house.
The space is $200 for one room or $300 for both per week and is available from 12 Oct
