Woombye, Sunshine Coast

Has air conditioning in the main living area which keeps the entire place cool.
My friend is moving out at the end of march so am looking for someone to fill the room.
It’s a nice sized 3 bedroom house with a big balcony and a bigger yard. The 3rd bedroom is used as a spare room/ office so only 1 is rented so it won’t be crowded. It’s a good sized room with a built in wardrobe.

There’s plenty of storage under the house if you need to store anything too.

It’s right next to the Main Street in Woombye so very convenient if you want to walk to the shops, gym, tennis courts etc. There’s also cafes, a fish and chip shop, pub and bus and train station. It’s only 10-15 mins drive to the beach so still very easy to get some sun and sand.
