Not only is The house situated in a very quiet neighbourhood of suburban of Bondi, but is in a prime location between Bondi Junction Westfield shopping centre(and station), and Bondi beach; being only a 15 minutes walk from either! All the shops and facilities on Bondi Rd are just around the corner. There are also plenty bus stops close to the house which which go directly to CBD centre, eg 380,381,389,387 333 etc. and Warverly Oval is just 2 minute walk away!

The house is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, TV set ect. There is also a beautiful yard where you can rest yourself and enjoy the sun.

We are looking for someone who can share the house with other young people and someone who would not mind a shared responsibility of keeping the house clean. All the bills are include. The house is not a party house.

The house is double stories. Currently this master rooms is on the second floor in the house. It is very spacious, and is a open well ventilated room with a nature view. It is ideal for a couple or two friends to share. The room is fully furnished room with ensuite bathroom, including a Queen size bed, bedside table , study desk, and a large built-in mirrored wardrob.
