Bondi, Sydney

Not only is the house situated in a very quiet neighborhood of suburban Bondi, but is in a prime location between Bondi Junction Westfield shopping centre ( and station), and Bondi Beach, being only a 15 minute walk from either! There are also plenty of bus stops close to the house which go directly to the CBD centre, and Waverley oval is just a 2 minute walk away!

The house itself is fully furnished as well, including fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, TV set etc.. There is a beautiful yard where you can relax and enjoy the sun.

We are looking for someone to share the house, and someone who would not mind a shared responsibility of keeping the house clean. All the bills are included.

The house is not the party house.

The house is double storied. Currently we have two room available on the second floor:

*Master room with ensuite.
$330 for one people. Or
$380 for a couple or two friends to shared.

This double size master room is an well open ventilated room with natural view. The room is very spacious, it is suitable for one people, or two people. It is fully furnished with an ensuite bathroom , include a queen size bed, bedside table, study desk, and a large built- in mirrored wardrobe. It is optional to have one queen size bed or two single bed instead.

*Single room $250

The room is fully furnished, including a single bed, bedside table, study desk, and wardrobe. There is also plenty of sunlight coming into the room..
