This is a bright sunny room, available in a relaxed shared house on a quiet street. It is just a short stroll from Brighton beach, shops and bus stops. The house has a large sunny garden.
The room is furnished with double bed, desk, wardrobe and bedside table. Kitchen and dining/lounge are also furnished.
Internet is included in the rent, only need share electricity and gas.
Transport buses to Rockdale train station every 10min from Bay Street. Then approx 15min train ride to City. There is also direct bus available to UNSW.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, cleans up after themselves and is considerate of others. Other housemates are male working professionals.
