The apartment has a great energy and lots of natural light.
It is in a great area and close enough to Cronulla and far enough away. There are shops close by and public transport.
I do have a garage which is set up with gym equipment, which is available to use if you are keen.
It is very homely, warm, clean and comfortable. Not ultra modern, but lots of character.

About the flatmates
Hey there peps, okay I am going to be blunt at to the point, as I have had some not so good experiences with flatmates. I am looking for someone who would like to SHARE my home with me. Someone respectful, clean, tidy. with a positive attitude, who loves music, (70's, 80's, house, a bit of country now and again), into health and wellness, (meaning does not eat junk food or processed food made with chemicals etc.) Understands what being 'woke' is, cares about our planet and mother nature. Loves animals, especially cats. Someone who has good energy, not one who stays in bed all day! Definitely a glass half full attitude!
Me? I am all the above and am an extremely healthy person and a very critical thinker. If you understand what I mean and you feel you fit the bill, by all means message me. Yes I stipulate female only, as my experience with male flatmates, has been that they need a mother to take care of the household chores etc. That does not happen in my household.
