It is a huge, spacious and modern house, with tiles and laminate throughout (no carpet). Big lounge room and kitchen area. You can use anything in the kitchen. There's a fully stocked pantry and you can help yourself to any of the food.

There is a nice grassy yard and an internal laundry. There's high speed internet and central AC for hot summer days. There are 4 full bathrooms; one is a combined laundry/bathroom. Carlingford Court shopping centre (woolworths, coles, target) is 10 minutes walk away, Anytime Fitness is almost next door, Parramatta and Epping train stations are both a short drive or bus ride away.

Bill contribution is $25 a week each for water, electricity and internet. We are open to possibly having a pet or a couple move in (extra $30 rent will apply).

The house is always clean and quiet. It’s on pennant hills rd but it’s set back about 50 meters from the street, behind another house, so there is no street noise.

Rent is $175 to share a bathroom with 1 person or $215 for a private bathroom.
