Looking for a comfortable, warm home? I am looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate. Nestled in a leafy apartment complex, my home is close to the shops/transport yet quiet and designed for warmth, relaxation and peace! It's just 4 mins walk to Castle Hill Metro and Castle Towers Shopping Centre. Quite serene, one can hear bird chirpings.
Clean, fun and space loving, I am super relaxed. Would love a flatmate who would treat this place like a home.
The room has a decent sized wardrobe, otherwise unfurnished. There is extra storage space in garage, if needed.
The apartment itself is fully furnished with fridge, washing machine, dryer, cooking utensils, etc. Ideal for someone new to Sydney, or in short or long transit, looking to move in with just clothes and basics.
