Looking for one person (female) to take the other room as my flatmate is moving to the north shore – large room (4.5m x 2.7m) with garden view large windows and massive built-ins. The room is unfurnished with the rest of the home furnished.
I am a full-time professional Australian with a mostly healthy and active lifestyle. I am looking for one female (no couples, sorry) who appreciates and can maintain a clean comfy home. I enjoy the social part of life over a glass of wine or soda and also respect each other’s personal space.
The Rent is $290 per week, no car space ($290 after we rent out the car space $50)
Or $340 per week with your own secure car space
