We are travelling for 9 weeks and would like to rent out our ensuite room while we are away. The room is in a 3 Bedroom Meriton Apartment (Dee Why Lighthouse) with un-interrupted views over Dee Why beach, the ocean (you can see whales breeching sometimes!), long reef headland, oxford falls, and even the city lights in the distance. You will be able to watch Sunrise over the ocean from the living room and sunset over the city from the comfort of bed.
The Ensuite bathroom is massive, with a bathtub and seperate shower. There is a pool, spa, sauna and gym in the building. Woolworths and countless takeaway shops / cafes and restaurants are just down stairs. The B-Line bus stop is also just down stairs. There is ample secure parking available (2.2 m height clearance). Modern kitchen with 5 burner gas stove.

You will be staying with Matt & Lachy our two flat mates. Both are fabulous people to live with.
Matt works full time off site and Lachy works from home some days. Of course we would all like to meet you ahead of time. So please send me a message with your preferred rental dates and we can arrange an inspection / meet up.
All bills & internet will be included and a four week bond required.
No Pets - sorry but its in the main lease and we can't change it.
Laundry cupboard is within the compartment with washing machine and Dryer. There is also a drying rack.
