Hi, I have a room available now on MacDonald St, Erskineville. The place is a 8 min walk to Erskineville Station, 7 min walk to Sydney Park, 9 min walk to King St, Newtown.

The apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath/1 carpark, so you'll have your own bathroom. I will be letting out the carpark also.

I have a 1 year old toy cavoodle, who is trained well, and very loving. She is hypoallergenic, so she does not shed fur, and it keeps the house clean.

As I'll be in the office Mon-Fri and I put my dog in doggy daycare twice a week, if you WFH you'll have the place to yourself most of days.
