ABOUT THE ROOM:
The room has a large, inbuilt wardrobe with shelves and cabinets on the bottom. It comes with your own private bathroom, and lots of additional storage space in the kitchen and garage. The apartment is about an 8 minute walk to Hurstville station and Westfield shops.
All bills are included in the rent, which includes unlimited internet and Netflix access on the TV. We can provide you with a bed, or you are welcome to bring your own.
ABOUT THE BUILDING:
The appartment itself is newly built and has aircon installed. It is highly secure with elevators (keycard access) and security cameras. There is also locked underground guest parking available that you are welcome to use if you have a car!

About the flatmates
We are both in our early 20's - I just graduated with a Bachelor of Economics, and now work full time in finance. My partner is studying a Bachelor of Engineering, and he works part time.
We have lived together with housemates over 4 years, and have really enjoyed having the extra company! During our free time, we like to go to the beach, go hiking and spend time with friends. We would love someone that we can get along with, and maybe have a cheeky drink on a Friday while watching crappy TV.
We also have a beautiful 1 year old cat called Nala, who is very affectionate and may or may not steal your heart. She is fully house trained and very well socialised.
