All our tenants are (and required to be) clean, tolerant and considerate.
One is Colombian girl. She works as cleaner and has two cats in the house.
Second is young and dedicated to his craft Chinese dance instructor.
And third is young construction worker, calisthenics athlete and boxer.
All of them are fun, active and pleasure to be around.
I aim to not just find a good tenant and neighbour but also develop a long lasting friendships.
