About the flatmates

One private room available for someone looking for an uncomplicated new home.
We are currently 2.5 people. 24yo Lady hairdresser, 29yo tradie, and me, a man who wears many hats, but often to do with people with disabilities.
I am the half as I only stay a couple of days most weeks as I am away with work or with my partner.
We mostly keep to ourselves, and live here independently of each other as far as meals go. Of course there is interaction too.
The common areas have a lot to offer.
There is much more to say, but let's leave that for a conversation.
