About the property

Two bedroom unit in Kensington NSW. Older style unit built in 1974, located at the rear of a block of 2 x 10 units on the highest point around the area. There is a minimum of 10 stairs into my unit and there is no lift. Limited visitor parking is available at the rear of the property and there is free parking in the street part of which is resident permit parking if longer than 2 hours is required.
There are built in wardrobes in each bedroom. There are two balconies, one facing east with open views and the other overlooks the driveway. The kitchen is compact but serviceable and there is a split system air conditioner/heater.
There is a 32” flat screen TV (not a smart TV) and a hard drive recorder with 500 GB of shows and movies recorded. NBN is connected to the unit but I do not have internet – you would have to have your own or arrange your own connection.

About the flatmates

I'm a young 60+ woman now retired and enjoy getting away in my campervan. I love hiking, walking, the beach, live music and dancing. I keep a tidy quiet home.
I am looking for the right person to share my fully furnished and equipped, two bedroom unit. Applicants should be clean, quiet living professional, semi-retired or mature aged student.
Ideally someone over 40 yo may be the most suited. This is not a “boarding” arrangement but a shared responsibility to keep the unit clean and pay your share of electricity use.
