1 bigger room ($175) 2 smaller room ($155).
All furnished. +$20pw for bills

House is 4 bedrooms and max 4 people will be living all in their 20s.

Fully equipped kitchen with own space in the cupboard and shelve in the fridge.

Backyard seating and bbq.

The house is 2-3 minutes walking distance from bus stop and very close to Lidcombe shopping center (3min walk)(Aldi.Woolworths,kmart, restaurants etc..) 5mins walking to Costco

Also 15-20 mins walk to Lidcombe train station, 2 mins from bus station.(you can catch a bus to/from train)

There is free parking on the street if you have a car.
