On offer is a comfortable queen size bed in a massive bright and sunny, fully furnished room in a beautiful federation style flat.

Only 3 minutes walk from Manly Wharf, the beach and the Corso.

The room has a queen bed; with bedside table, drawers, and a dressing table, reading chair, TV and wardrobe etc with plenty of storage either in the room and throughout the flat.

The flat is a period 1930's addition with a beautiful entrance foyer and stairway, 3 metre ceilings and original wood beams. It has recently been redecorated with a new kitchen, bathroom and living area and there is a big storage area for bikes and surfboards on the ground floor.

Local transport is easy with Manly Wharf only 3 minutes walk away.

The price (per person with one to a bed) includes all normal bills, Netflix on the 60 inch and fast and unlimited Wifi, use of house bikes and surfboards, the use of bedding (including pillows/doona etc), house linen and most household items eg laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper... basically all the day to day stuff you need to be comfortable at home!
All cleaning supplies are provided and the flat is always kept clean and tidy.

Smokers are more than welcome but smoking isn't permitted inside the flat.
