Upstairs room with private balcony and stunning sunrise view!!!
2 minutes walk to ocean rock pool and 8 min to Maroubra surf beach.
Public transport just outside 1 min up or down the road.
Bathroom shared with 1 other person.
Some personal items will likely remain in room but I'll try to make as much space for you as I can :D
4 bedroom house, 2 bathrooms, shared kitchen, kitty house cat.

Hello!
I have a beautiful large house in Maroubra super close to the beach.
We are looking for a new (temporary) flatmate and maybe future friend, to share it with.

Friends are welcome if respectful but this isn't a party house.

There is an open kitchen with space to share and be social, a dining area, a living room area and we have 2 (!) pretty green backyards with BBQ and fireplace. You can smoke outside if you need to but not in the house.
And the rock pool (and beach) is just down the road. Literally.

You we may surf, walk, jog, kayak, paddle-board, chill, cook, bake, make art, design and play music or just hang out n go for coffees down the beach or the magic Mahon pool down the street.

Muffin is our house cat - he likes to eat, sleep, snuggle, eat, play and eat and sleep. And meow.
