I'm looking to share my lovely 3 bed period home. This is a good opportunity to live in a really nice house with a beautiful outlook, and enjoy the spaciousness and privacy a house can offer, at a reasonably affordable rate.

The house is a lovely period home with complete elevated water views over Berry's Bay. Connected with nature, many bushwalks at the front door, beautiful north shore lifestyle, peace and quiet in a very central location. $20 Uber to city, trains/buses short walk away. Many cafes, bars, restaurants nearby. Lovely place to make your home and a super cool place to chill!!. Suit new arrivals to Sydney, who have come for a professional working role, or a long term resident who knows what a nice area McMahons Point is to live in.

House is in very good condition inside, new bathroom & kitchen, lovely timber floorboards throughout and period detailing, with a fireplace. I have a regular cleaner and gardener. House is fully appointed, including sheets and towels. Home features Broadband internet, dishwasher, clothes dryer and wash machine, study/office, balcony/patio/deck, courtyard and garden.
