About the flatmates

I’m a social, active, respectful man. Professionally employed as a senior creative. My work week is very busy and I am very quite Monday to Friday, normally I am in my room by 9.30pm and asleep by 10pm. I leave home for work by 7am on weekdays. Weekends I like to catch up with friends or just have a quite day. My interests revolve around creative pursuits and extensive travel. I go overseas 3 times a year.

At home I can be as social as you need me to be on weekends. If you prefer more quiet, alone time I will always respect your privacy. My last flat mate and I had very little to do with each other, we only saw each other in the mornings on weekends, and he would stay in his room when at home, while the one before that became more of a friend and we talked a lot and watched movies together. I was basically happy with both arrangements and I am open to anything in between.

I am honest, polite and considerate by nature. I look for the same qualities in a flatmate. It's also important that the flatmate like me is house trained and is prepared to take garbage out when full, take turns buying toilet paper and take turns regularly cleaning properly the shower/bathroom and other common areas. These need to be joint responsibility. All these things for most people are simple normal things, but can be hard for someone who is used to other people doing it for them.

Preference given to a long term flatmate of 6 months or longer. As I travel a bit, I would like to leave my home with a reliable, trust worthy long term flatmate.
