I have a furnished master bedroom with a full en-suite and tv PLUS a separate small study area available for rent in a modern apartment in Zetland. $330 pw (bills inc.) for singles and $500 pw (bills inc) for couples. The room is available for 2-3 months.

About me: My name is Ric, I'm a 31 year old data scientist working in the CBD. I'm quiet, tidy and respectful. I'm often at work and come home quite late so you might not see me so much during the week. But when I do get some spare time I like to do gymnastics, weight training and climbing.

Situated in Zetland two buildings down from East Village shopping centre. It is one of the largest apartments available in this suburb. The room has a built-in wardrobe, and currently has a bed, bedside table, small desk and dresser in it. I can add a TV in the room if you like or the room can be unfurnished if you prefer.

The apartment has a gym, pool and spa; and is the building next to East Village Shopping Center. It is a 1 minute walk to the bus stop for the bus that goes to the city. 15 minutes walk to Green Square train station if trains are your thing. Parking on street only.
