Hi everyone

My girlfriend and I are sadly leaving our amazing sharehouse in Newtown and looking for a couple/single to take over our room.

Room: The top floor of our 3-bedder home. It’s really spacious and comes with your own ensuite! The entrance to the room is a private staircase and door. There's heaps of built-in-storage, and you get great light throughout the day (but also has blinds).

House: The kitchen / living area is nice and modern as the owners did renovations recently on the whole house. The kitchen comes with all the appliances you need - electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The courtyard is sprouting heaps of greenery at the moment and catches a great sunset, so its an ideal spot to sit out and have a meal.

Housemates: You'll be living with our current housemates, Jacob and Harry. Jacob is an outgoing guy who loves music, cooking, and entertaining friends in the back garden. Harry is currently studying to become a vet and also loves cooking, going to the beach, reading and yoga. These boys are super lovely, respectful, fun housemates to live with - we rate them highly! The vibe of the house is social but also relaxed, as everyone’s pretty busy during the week.

Location: Heart of Newtown / Camperdown. 5 minutes to walk to King Street, and 2 minutes to Camperdown Park / Courthouse / Carlisle / many cafes. Super convenient but its still leafy & quiet.

Price is $420 per week, negotiable for the right person. Lease is up in July but you have the option to renew. Looking for someone to ideally move in the next few weeks but can be flexible for the right people!
