I work in education sector Monday - Friday, chilled out person , always go out for jogging around this area ( Parramatta lake )
also spend time home for wine and cooking.
Look for for anyone can stay with me ( sorry no couple ) able to create a positive environment, on time pay rent, clean and respectful.

The area is very friendly neighbourhood, closed to public transport to hills area and paramatta station.
If you like outdoor activities, abundant parks, paramatta lake , paramatta river around this area to explore and you wont be realised you spend time a lot outdoor without need go to gym.
Gym also just nearby by walks or martial arts.
