Parramatta is a 15 minute walk or there is a bus on the street. There is a Spar supermarket, 1 block away for your everyday needs.
We have unlimited 100/40 Mb/s FTTB internet, this is not NBN so it does not suffer the issues and congestion of the NBN.
Electricity, gas & internet included in rental price.
