Furnished with a king single bed, desk and dresser. This room is on the main level, has a bright feel.

The house is modern, with a spacious common area. It has a good size backyard, three complete bathrooms.

There is a restaurant, hair salon, grocery shop and a coffee shop just right in the corner. Across the road from the coffee shop there is a nice, big park. In one end of the park, there is a gym called 'Genesis Gym Parramatta' and at the other end of the park, there is a doggy park.

The neighbors are very friendly and there is a sense of community here, we have Halloween and Christmas parties outside for example.

Coles Entrada is 8min walk. The closest bus stop is at 2min walk, Parramatta Train Station is 15-20min walk.

Inspections are available and I would love to meet you and show you around to give you an insight of the house and the area.

Female flatmates who are respectful and caring, working professionals, and VERY clean. We share a cleaning schedule for the common area. We respect each others privacy but we always become friends with our housemates. We don’t party, our house is a safe place to relax at the end of the day.
