About the property
The room is larger then you would expect in the area. It is set back from the street, so the noise of the main road is reduced. The complex is very safe and secure, there are three seperate doors to access the building. it is also one story up so we get some sun.
There is ducted air con for summer, and it doesn't get too cold in winter.
The bus stops outside the unit on the street and the train station is about 4 minutes walk. To get to the city takes about 20mins.
There is plenty of safe road side parking.
It is 2 mins walk from woolies, ample dining options, and a short drive to majors bay road - a restaurant and cafe hub. There are also a range of gyms in the area.
There are no specific rules in the unit. Mutual respect is about it.

About the flatmates
We are two working professionals. One works nearly 7 days, the other quite late. The place is quiet on the weekends, however we have no problem with friends/partners.
If we are around we will offer to cook, but otherwise we respect each others space.
Basically, we are two quiet laid-back people who are happy to chat and share a glass of wine, but also enjoy peace and quiet.
