About the flatmates

Cheerful and easy to live, Australian citizen, Indian male from Mumbai India, working as a software consultant with prominent government organisation. Respects individuals privacy and comforts. Keeps room and common areas clean and tidy.

My current flatmate and me have been living in the apartment for past 2 years. My flatmate is moving to his own apartment and I am looking to team up with another person, as this location is convenient to go to Parramatta station, peaceful (besides lush Parramatta river trail), near Indian grocery, close to Victoria road to zip to city.

Will furnish the apartment on my cost once I get a flatmate. I plan to stay at this apartment till Sept 2020. Need to decide soon as my flatmate is leaving on first week of March.

Couples with no children welcome but will need to discuss with the rental company Laing and Simmons for agreement inclusion and revised rental rates.
