We are seeking a clean living mature minded polite person for our lovely house with park views. Sorry this room is not suitable for a couple (2 people). Location is on the Petersham/ Leichhardt/ Lewisham border so handy to all areas.
This is a small compact cute as a button room priced right in a 3 bedroom house sharing with 2 other people. Room has a single bed with storage space, wardrobe, shelving, chest of drawers, desk and chair, big window.
Clean and tidy federation style house with wooden floorboards and high ceilings. Front and rear relaxation areas. Opposite the recreation park with council pay to use swimming pool.
5 minute walk to Lewisham and Petersham railway stations and Parramatta Road buses. Market Place shopping center is within a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk.
Overall its not a party house but a friendly home. Illicit substance free with light alcohol consumption in place.
Wide street with unrestricted free parking.
All bills included except shared Electricity Bill which is paid monthly.
