A cosy queen bedroom with gorgeous natural light and private access to the balcony backing onto Queens Park - the best dog watching spot!
The room comes furnished with a queen bed, electric standup desk and office chair and a few plants if you’d like :) It also has a double built in mirrored wardrobe and a large shelf with cubby holes mounted to the wall.
We’ve recently adopted a 12 week old kitten called Gwen - she’s very well behaved and loves cuddles!
Bondi Junction train station/Westfield shopping centre is a 15 minute walk through the park and express bus routes direct to the city a 5 min walk away, there's also plenty of on street parking.
We may be biased but we think this is the best location in Sydney! Bronte, Clovelly, Coogee and Tamarama are all under 30 mins walk away, whilst Centennial park less than 5 mins on our road. Clovelly village’s famous Bake Bar around the corner, which also has a QE food stores and bottleo or Bronte Woolies is 15 mins walk away.
We have all the good things like Netflix, Stan, Amazon prime, Binge and Disney+ and an Xbox with fifa.

My partner and I are both 27, from the UK and work full time in the city. We’re very relaxed, laid back and spend our time off together seeing friends, going on adventures or watching Netflix with a glass of wine.
